Account Setup Process

  1. For all account types you will be asked to complete an application form and supply some standard documentation to verify your identity.
  2. For Pension accounts we are obliged to contact you to ensure that you have sufficient information to choose the account type and service level that is right for you.
  3. These steps will be clearly explained as part of our application process.
  4. Our Customer Service team will also be happy to help you with any queries you may have during this process.
  5. We will not send you marketing material without your explicit consent. If you do not proceed with your application, your details will be deleted within six months, subject to our regulatory obligations. You can contact us in the meantime if you wish to alter or delete your details at
